How do we measure customer satisfaction?

Part 1: The NPS Score

Satisfy allows you to measure the satisfaction of your customers thanks to the NPS Score. The NPS or Net Promoter Score is a measure of customer satisfaction and loyalty. We measure it by asking our customers a simple question:

The answer choices range from 0 (not at all likely) to 10 (very likely). The result for this question is represented by a value that varies between -100 and 100. For example, if I have an NPS score of 50, my customers are generally very satisfied!

Part 2: The reason

Then the question is asked: “What motivated you to assign this rating? », In order to know the reasons which justify the respondent’s answer.

These answers allow your business to improve or even catch up with some unhappy customers or bet on your promoter customers.

Part 3: Review your Google my Business listing

At the end of the survey, the respondent is offered to leave you a Google review directly on your Google My Business page.

This will make it easier for your business to collect Google reviews!
